All prices on this website are in US dollars. All credit cards transactions will be charged in US dollars. Pop Comics ships worldwide.
Everything listed on this site is 'stock' product, which means items we've either already received into stock. The Coming Soon section contains items expected to arrive next week. Please note that our inventory serves not only this site, but our retail store and our eBay store, so there may be rare instances where an item believed to be in stock when you place you order has sold just prior to your order via one of the other outlets. We do not expect this to happen much, but it can happen. We do accept pre-orders, but those are all currently handled through our web/mobile app, ComicHub. You can review ComicHub and our pre-order process through the Pre-Order and Subscriptions section on the front page menu.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to provide a replacement right away, or a refund should a suitable replacement not be available. Unopened/undamaged purchases can be returned for up to 14 days from purchase. Return shipping on undamaged merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer, and all items must be received back in same condition in which it was shipped out (new, unpoened, undamaged, unused, etc.) We recommend you use a trackable method to return merchandise, as we cannot be responsible for items we do not receive back form you. Returning items without notifying us will result in delays in getting any appropriate refund processed in a timely manner.
We currently accept credit cards and PayPal.
As all items on this site are expected to be in stock, payment is due at the time the order is placed.
We are no longer accepting checks or bank transfers as payment.
Most orders for stock items ship by the next buiness day (Mon-Fri), but there may ocassionally be times when extra shipping time may be required. We will do our best to alert customers when there may be shipping delays beyond the second business day. We currently use USPS for almost all of our shipping, both domestic and international.
